Illinois law does not require businesses to accept returns unless a return policy is advertised. The Elegant JS voluntarily offers returns under the conditions below and complies with the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/1 et seq.).

Because our items are handmade:
